(Frankfort, KY) - Kentucky's Attorney General is suing CVS Pharmacy.
Daniel Cameron's lawsuit is accusing the pharmacy chain of distributing and dispensing an excessive amount of addictive painkillers statewide.
The suit alleges the company contributed to the opioid epidemic in the state.
A similar lawsuit was filed against Walgreens in 2018.
