(Baltimore, MD) - Kentucky Derby winner Medina Spirit is the favorite to win Saturday's 146th Preakness Stakes at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore.
The colt will break from the number three post position in the race for the second leg of the Triple Crown.
Medina Spirit is being allowed to compete despite a failed drug test following the Derby.
Hall of fame trainer Bob Baffert agreed to additional drug testing and a review of the horse's medical records.
