Triple Crown Winner Heads Horse Racing's HOF Class

(Saratoga Springs, NY) - A Triple Crown champion and a Kentucky Derby-winning trainer are among this year's inductees into horse racing's Hall of Fame.

American Pharoah, Todd Pletcher and Jack Fisher comprise this year's National Museum of Racing's Hall of Fame class.

American Pharoah ended racing's 37-year Triple Crown drought when he swept the Kentucky Derby, Preakness Stakes and Belmont Stakes in 2015.

Todd Pletcher won the Derby with Super Saver and Always Dreaming. The trainer owns records for career earnings and Eclipse Awards.

Jack Fisher is a 13-time champion steeplechase trainer.

The class will be enshrined in August in Saratoga Springs, New York.
