LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Charles Booker is exploring a run against Republican Senator Rand Paul.
The former state representative from Louisville ran unsuccessfully for Mitch McConnell's seat last year, narrowly losing the Democratic primary to Amy McGrath.
In a social media video, Booker announced he is forming an exploratory committee for a possible run against Rand Paul in 2022.
