An U.S. Army captain in Kentucky has broken a Guinness World Record.
Captain Katie Hernandez ran a mile while wearing a bomb disposal suit this past weekend that weighs over 80 pounds.
Hernandez broke the previous women's record of 11:06 with of a time of 10:23.
The men's record is held by British runner Mark Gibbs with a time of 7:24.
