(Indianapolis, IN) - Indiana's attorney general is among those warning President Biden that his executive orders will be challenged in court.
Attorney General Todd Rokita has signed a letter with five other attorneys general that said some of the president's new orders are unconstitutional.
President Biden has signed a flurry of executive orders during his first few days in office.
In addition to Indiana, the Attorneys General from West Virginia, Arkansas, Mississippi, Montana, and Texas all signed the letter as well.
