Indiana Residents 80 & Over Can Schedule COVID-19 Vaccine Beginning Friday

(Indianapolis, IN) - Indiana residents ages 80 and older can now schedule a coronavirus vaccine in Indiana beginning Friday. 

Previously, doses were only being administered to health care workers and nursing home residents and staff.

Appointments for those 80 and older can be made at ourshot.in.gov or by calling 211. 

State health officials say vaccinations for those 70 and older will be next, and could be offered in the coming weeks.
