(Louisville, KY) - The LMPD officer charged with wanton endangerment in the deadly drug raid on Breonna Taylor's home is being accused of sexual assault.
A lawsuit filed Tuesday accuses Brett Hankison of sexually assaulting a woman in 2018.
The suit says Hankison offered the woman a ride home after working security at a bar and then assaulted her when she passed out.
The woman is also suing several of his coworkers and supervisors at the bar and on the police force, asserting they were aware of his abuse and never took actions to stop him.
