(Frankfort, KY) - Kentucky has hit a weekly record for COVID-19 cases.
Governor Andy Beshear says more COVID-19 cases were recorded in the commonwealth last week than any other since the pandemic began.
The governor announced 1,423 new cases of the virus Sunday, along with four additional deaths.
A total of 108,642 Kentuckians have tested positive and almost 1,500 have died from COVID-19 since the pandemic began.
