(Frankfort, KY) - Governor Andy Beshear is responding to the a single-day record in Kentucky COVID-19 cases with policy rollbacks.
Beshear issued a travel advisory Monday, advising a 14-day self-quarantine for those returning from states with a positive COVID-19 test rate of higher than 15 percent.
The governor also reduced the social gathering limit back down to ten people. The new policy does not include restaurants.
