(Frankfort, KY) - Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear is calling the hanging of an effigy outside his home an act to create fear and terror.
This comes after a right-wing militia group gathered and protested first at the Capitol then at the Governor's mansion.
"The Three-Percenters" were demonstrating in favor of the Second Amendment and protesting restrictions put in place by Beshear to combat the spread of coronavirus.
The governor is condemning local elected officials who rallied with them before. He claims they said people like Beshear are not Christian and those people want babies murdered. He said that behavior embraced and emboldened the group.
