(Indianapolis, IN) - The state of Indiana begins reopening Monday.
Governor Holcomb announced the five-phase plan on Friday, based on declining coronavirus patient hospitalizations, improved testing, and less ICU beds and ventilators in demand.
Social gatherings are allowed, beginning Monday, with up to 25 people.
Anyone who is at risk or over the age of 65 is still encouraged to stay home.
