Sen McConnell on aid to states, small businesses, & infrastructure projects

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell called to talk about the funding being provided at the state level and that is should be for COVID-19 aid, not to dig states out of problems they created themselves. For that, states can file for bankruptcy.
