(Louisville, KY) - Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer is warning not to get too excited about the lower number of new cases of coronavirus in Jefferson County.
Mayor Fisher announced 17 new cases Thursday. However, he said officials know there are more cases that are not yet detected due to a lack of testing capacity.
Jefferson County now has 495 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 36 deaths, five of which are new.
