(Stanton, KY) - Kentucky's Red River Gorge is closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The shutdown includes roads and trails on national forest lands. Officials haven't said when it will re-open.
Large amounts of people have flocked to the area as other businesses have closed across the state, making it impossible to effectively social distance.
