(Louisville, KY) - Louisville Metro Council is approving resolutions to investigate allegations of misconduct at TARC.
The resolutions approved Thursday night will initiate an investigation into allegations of sexual harassment and misconduct by former Executive Director Ferdinand Risco.
The other authorizes Metro to get an attorney to look into allegations against Risco.
Metro Council's Government Oversight and Audit Committee will handle the investigation.
