(Frankfort, KY) - A bill to legalize and tax sports betting in Kentucky is moving forward to the full House.
The bill passed through the House Licensing, Occupations and Administrative Regulations Committee by an unanimous vote Wednesday.
Representative Adam Koenig is sponsoring the bill that would set up a regulatory framework for residents to legally bet on sports and engage in online poker and fantasy sports contests.
