(Frankfort, KY) - Governor Andy Beshear is set to be sued after he reorganized the Kentucky Board of Education on his first day in office.
Beshear used an executive order to appoint new members to the board.
Ousted members are planning to sue Beshear, saying his decision violates Kentucky law.
