(Frankfort, KY) - Final preparations are underway for Monday's inauguration of Governor-Elect Andy Beshear.
The festivities will center around the theme Team Kentucky with much of the day's events being accessible to the general public.
Much of the setup was completed over the weekend when the weather was milder than it is expected to be Monday and Tuesday.
