(Louisville, KY) - The family of a woman killed in a shooting at the Stonybrook Kroger in Jeffersontown is suing the chain and the man charged with her death.
Gregory Bush is accused of the shooting deaths of Vickie Jones and Maurice Stallard on October 24th of last year.
The suit says Kroger allowed Bush to enter the store with a loaded gun and that its security did nothing to prevent him from shooting Stallard inside the store.
It also says Kroger didn't stop Bush from leaving the store leading to Jones being killed in the parking lot after the grocer had previously been warned about the dangers of allowing guns on its property.
