(Louisville, KY) - The University of Louisville may get state help to buy Jewish Hospital.
The state is considering loaning UofL $50 million to back its prospective plan to take over Jewish and other facilities owned by KentuckyOne Health.
KentuckyOne is an affiliate of CommonSpirit Health, one of the nation's largest non-profit health systems.
