(Frankfort, KY) - Three Kentucky state lawmakers are proposing a red flag law for the commonwealth.
Republican Senators Julie Raque Adams and Paul Hornback joined Democratic Minority Leader Morgan McGarvey Thursday supporting a bill that would give police or family members the right to ask a judge to remove a gun from someone determined to be dangerous.
The red flag law would create extreme risk protection orders.
