(Louisville, KY) - A group of neighbors who don't want a Topgolf facility at Oxmoor Center are appealing a recent ruling by a judge.
Last month, a Jefferson Circuit Court judge filed a ruling approving plans for the entertainment complex at the old Sears location.
A lawyer for the group of Hurstbourne residents filed a notice of appeal with the Kentucky Court of Appeals Monday.
Louisville Business First reports the appeal will argue that Topgolf wasn't licensed to do business in Kentucky when it submitted its application.
