LANCASTER, Ky. -- Human remains found in Garrard County are those of a missing Richmond Mother.
Savannah Spurlock was last seen in January leaving a bar in Lexington with three men.
Her remains were found at a home owned by the family of one of the men she was last seen with, 23-year-old-David Sparks.
Sparks has been charged with tampering with physical evidence and abuse of a corpse.
Spurlock's cause of death has not been released.
