(Frankfort, KY) - A new concealed-carry law takes effect Thursday in Kentucky.
The measure allows gun owners to carry a concealed weapon without a permit or training.
The law has the support of the National Rifle Association, but was opposed by law enforcement groups and gun-control advocates.
