(Frankfort, KY) - Governor Matt Bevin's administration believes it has the votes needed to pass a partial pension fix.
The measure is aimed to prevent skyrocketing pension costs for about 120 agencies and groups.
Sources report comments from the governor's whip Wednesday that after weeks of negotiations, the votes are there.
