(Indianapolis, IN) - The four women who accuse the Indiana attorney general of sexual misconduct have now filed a federal lawsuit against him.
They announced the suit at a press conference Tuesday.
The lawsuit names both Attorney General Curtis Hill and the State of Indiana for alleged sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and violation of the 14th Amendment.
Hill denies any wrongdoing. He also faces an upcoming ethics hearing by the Indiana Supreme Court.
