(Frankfort, KY) - The Kentucky Department of Health is considering banning inking tattoos over scars.
State health officials won't say who specifically proposed the idea or what the reasons might be for such a ban.
Public comments are being accepted on the issue at the state Cabinet for Health and Family Services email address.
