(Indianapolis, IN) - Simon Pagenaud will be the pole-sitter for the 2019 Indianapolis 500.
Pagenaud averaged nearly 230 miles per hour in qualifying to take the pole Sunday.
Ed Carpenter and Spencer Pigot will join him in the front row.
The 103rd running of the Indianapolis 500 takes place Sunday at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
