(Louisville, KY) - A Louisville man is charged with murder after allegedly punching his infant son in the head.
Investigators say Anthony Trice was angry about losing a video game when he punched the child, who died at Norton Children's Hospital on Sunday.
Police say Trice then picked up the one-month-old and carried him to the kitchen where he dropped the baby before making him a bottle.
They say Trice claimed he propped the baby up in a seated position before he realized the baby was having trouble and called 911.
