(Frankfort, KY) - The Kentucky Department of Education is recommending JCPS replace two principals.
A recently released diagnostic review of the district recommended Jefferson County Schools replace the principals of Shelby and Johnsontown Road elementary schools.
The report said the two principals don't have the capacity to lead.
JCPS has been working with the state on corrective action plans to address deficiencies within the school system.
