Taxpayer advocate Denis Frankenberger says he knows how the Metro can avoid the Mayor’s proposed insurance tax increase by simply changing the way they pay for the KFC YUM! Center. He said this change could generate almost $300 million for the city over the next 30 years.
He also discussed the increased price of the KFC YUM! Center after the recent refinance and where that money is going.
