Metro Council meets tonight with a number of items on the agenda to include the Council voting on TopGolf.  Also Councilman Ackerson has a proposed ordinance to let homeless stay in place in really cold weather.  That and much more will be discussed tonight.  Metro Council President David James joins Tony with a preview.

The Washington Redskins are under fire for signing linebacker Reuben Foster, who was released by the 49ers after he was arrested on domestic violence charges last weekend. He won’t be allowed to play as police and the NFL investigate the incident, and coach Jay Gruden said Wednesday, “There’s no guarantee he is ever going to play here.” Critics see the pickup as hypocritical to the NFL’s stance against domestic violence.  ABC's Brian Clark takes a look with Tony.
