(Louisville, KY) - The Louisville mother who claims she was told to cover up while breast feeding at a St. Matthews Texas Roadhouse is suing.
Plaintiff Sadie Durbin says an employee came up to her and attempted to cover her infant while she was breastfeeding on November 15th.
She's filed a lawsuit and is suing for extreme and severe emotional distress and assault in connection to the incident.
Kentucky laws allow women to breastfeed in public.
