(Louisville, KY) - Power should be restored to Kentuckiana residents who lost it during Thursday's ice storm by Saturday. That's what LG&E and Duke Energy System crews said Friday.
More than 150,000 lost power during the storm and more than 30,000 still don't have electricity as of Friday afternoon.
Downed trees, branches and power lines are to blame for the service interruption.
An LG&E spokesperson says the estimated restoration time is 11 p.m. Saturday.
