(Louisville, KY) - Louisville City FC once again has won the United Soccer League championship.
LouCity defeated Phoenix Rising FC 1-0 Thursday night in defense of the club's 2017 title.
Forward Luke Spencer's goal in the 62nd minute was the difference in the match. Spencer was named MVP of the USL Cup Final.
Over 7,000 fans were in attendance at Lynn Stadium on the University of Louisville campus.
