LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Bobby Petrino has a quarterback decision to make.
Starter Jawon Pass struggled through Saturday night's monsoon win over Indiana State before leaving in the second half with turf toe, making way for backup Malik Cunningham.
Head coach Bobby Petrino says both Pass and Cunningham have practiced this week but he's holding back on making a decision on a starter for this Saturday's game against Western Kentucky until later in the week.
Petrino admits it’s hard to judge the performance of Pass against Cunningham because Pass' time in the game was during the worst of the weather conditions while Cunningham had little rain or wind to deal with.
The Cards and Hilltoppers kickoff at 7:30 Saturday night at Cardinal Stadium.
