A federal judge is dismissing former UofL basketball coach Rick Pitino's lawsuit against Adidas.
The suit that was dismissed Tuesday asked for damages for emotional distress and humiliation from public exposure of wrongdoing by Adidas employees.
The suit said Pitino had no part in any recruiting violations.
Pitino was fired last October during an FBI pay-to-play investigation.
