(Frankfort, KY) - A property tax appeals board is splitting the difference on the assessed value of Governor Matt Bevin's Jefferson County home.
The board ruled Tuesday that Bevin's home in Anchorage is worth $2 million.
That's more than the one-point-three million-dollar value the governor claimed, but less than the nearly $3 million that critics of the governor said the home is worth.
The new assessment may mean the governor's taxes will go up.
