POTTSVILLE, Pa -- After a long wait, America's oldest brewery brings its product to Kentucky. D. G. Yuengling and Son, America's oldest brewery has expanded into the state, its draft products are available starting today, packaged Yuengling will be available Monday March 12, 2018.
Yuengling "smugglers" have been bringing the brew into the state for years, and there has been a ground-swell of demand on social media for Yuengling to expand into the state.
Brewery spokesperson Jessica Seiders says Yuengling has been making beer for 189 years and is now operated by the sixth generation of the Yuengling family, four sisters.
Available today are Yuengling's lager, lite lager, and black-and-tan.
