Russian media say former U.S. Government contractor Edward Snowden is leaving Moscow for Cuba today. Snowden on Sunday traveled to Moscow from Hong Kong, where he had fled before disclosing secret U.S. government surveillance programs. There's no word on whether Snowden eventually will head for Ecuador, where the foreign minister says Snowden has asked for asylum. How is Washington handling this delicate situation?
