(Louisville, KY) - The attorney for the only LMPD officer charged in connection to the deadly drug raid on Breonna Taylor's home wants the trial moved.
Former officer Brett Hankison's attorney has filed a motion saying his client can't get a fair trial for wanton endangerment in Jefferson County.
He cited the "media circus" surrounding the Taylor case for seeking a change of venue. The motion will be heard on Thursday, March 25th.
