Police: Man Hit, Killed While Sitting On Dixie Highway

(Louisville, KY) - The death of a man who was hit on Dixie Highway is being investigated.

Louisville Metro Police say the man was hit late Sunday night on Dixie Highway, near Clinch River Road.

Police say the man was sitting on the highway in the northbound lanes when he was hit by a pickup truck. He died at the scene.
