(Frankfort, KY) - Kentucky's lieutenant governor is suing Governor Matt Bevin and the state Personnel Cabinet.
Jenean Hampton's suit comes after two of her staffers were dismissed this year by Governor Bevin's administration.
Hampton has previously argued she should have control over her own staff, a claim she's making in the lawsuit.
One of her staffers was terminated in January with another let go in May.
