JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. -- A southern Indiana man is in jail after police uncover a sexual contract with a 13 year old girl.
Jeffersonville Police say 33 year old Brandin Wilson's "contract" with the girl called for her to perform certain sexual acts in exchange for rewards with "serious consequences" for the person who ended the deal.
Prosecutors say Wilson's wife found his wallet and the agreement and took the child to the hospital and called police.
When questioned, the girl said she and Wilson had sexual relations in his van at Duffy's Landing Saturday and had been having relations for several years.
Wilson is charged with two counts of felony child molesting and is being held on $100,000 cash only bond.
